When a VPS plan or location is sold out, the VPS Queue holds your place in line. We release slots in order as capacity frees up, and we notify you by email when it is your turn.

VPS Queue States: Closed

The VPS Queue is the only waitlist DigitalFyre manages and tracks. We do not track stock availability requests through support tickets.
We will redirect tickets asking about stock or queue position to the queue.

How the queue works

  • First-come, first-served. Your position is set by submission time and does not change.
  • One queue per location. Each location has its own queue, and your position is counted among entries for that location.
  • One entry per location. You can queue once for each location. To wait on more than one location, submit a separate entry for each one.
  • Email notification. The queue system emails you automatically when a slot opens for you.
  • 48-hour claim window. You have 48 hours from the notification to claim your slot. After that, it passes to the next person in line.

Join the queue

1

Open the queue form

2

Enter your contact details

Provide your name and email address. Check “I’m an existing DigitalFyre customer” if you already have a DigitalFyre account.
3

Choose a request type

Upgrade and Transfer automatically mark you as an existing customer.
4

Select location, plan, and quantity

Only locations currently on the waitlist are listed. Choose a plan and request 1 or 2 VMs.
5

Acknowledge the terms and submit

Check all four acknowledgments, complete the anti-spam check, and submit.
After you submit, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your location and current position in line. To queue for another location, repeat these steps and select the other location.

Check your position

1

Open the position check

Go to the VPS Queue (Galileo) and click Already joined? Check your position.
2

Enter your email address

Enter the email address you used to join the queue, then select Check.
You’ll see one result for each location you’re queued for: If no entries are found, confirm you entered the same email address you used to join.
Position checks are rate-limited. If you see “Too many checks,” wait a few minutes and try again.

Change your location

To move an entry to a different location, open a ticket with support and include the email address you joined with, your current location, and the location you want.
Changing your location moves you to the bottom of the queue for the new location. Your position in the original location is not carried over.

Claim your slot

When it is your turn, you’ll receive an email stating a slot has opened for your location.
1

Open a support ticket

Create a ticket from the Client Portal within 48 hours of the notification.
2

Include your claim details

If you’re a new customer, you must use the same email address you used to join the queue, and reference the location and plan from your notification. If you’re an existing customer, you can create a ticket as usual.
If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll assign the slot to the next person in line and close your entry. To try again, rejoin the queue.
Use genuine account information when claiming your slot.

FAQ

No. We don’t track queue position through tickets. See Check your position.
Yes. You can hold one entry per location, so you can queue for several locations by submitting a separate entry for each.
You already have an open entry for that location. You can join that location again once you complete or close your current entry, or select a different location. Attempts to circumvent the queue limitation by using multiple email addresses will result in removal from the queue.
Yes, through support. Changing your location moves you to the bottom of the queue for the new location. See Change your location.
Only locations with an active waitlist appear on the form. If a location is not listed, it is either in stock or not currently accepting queue entries.
We use your name, email, and requested configuration only to run the queue. We don’t sell or share it.
